Managing Director
Vikram Sharma is a dynamic leader and financial strategist with over two decades of experience in Valuation Advisory, financial consulting, and transaction advisory. Renowned for his ability to inspire teams and clients alike, Vikram blends technical expertise with strategic insight to deliver high-impact solutions across industries. His specialization spans securities valuation, intellectual property, derivatives, value creation, and handling complex valuation situations.
As the Founder and Director of Pure Value Advisory, Vikram has led numerous high-stakes assignments including Mergers, Acquisitions, valuation negotiations, intangible asset appraisals, fairness opinions and other valuation structuring of various deals across the globe. His clients range from Indian MSMEs to large conglomerates and government bodies, including the National Research Development Corporation (NRDC), where he serves on the valuation panel. His work ensures regulatory alignment, transparency, and value creation.
Vikram holds a Master’s in Finance from IMT Ghaziabad and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He also holds IT (Computing) qualifications (BIT and HND from EdExcel, UK), allowing him to merge finance with technology in innovative ways. He’s a Registered Valuer, Associate Member of GARP, and contributor to multiple professional forums.
A serial entrepreneur, Vikram has founded ventures in EdTech, financial consulting, IT, market research, and training. Indumitra is a Certified Financial Advisor. He is a graduate in commerce and obtained various certifications in financial markets. Indumitra has more than 25 years of experience in Financial Markets, Business Intelligence and Market Research. He has knowledge of applied Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. During his career he has worked as analyst at various positions, conducted audits of Public Sector Banks, Insurance and other companies. For the last 10 years he has been doing ESOP Valuations and Market Research for Pure Value Advisors. He has been a serial entrepreneur and is also founder of Aimfin Consultants Pvt. Ltd. and some other organizations.

Paras is a post-graduate specialized in Marketing Management and Public Relations from York University, Toronto, Canada.
He completed his graduation in Journalism and Mass Communication from Amity University, Noida where he was also awarded a merit scholarship. He has a good understanding of new media tools and social media metrics. He is a young talented individual and exceptionally creative with a good deal of experience in the industry. Pooja Saxena is an fellow member of ICAI and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University, India.
Prior to joining Pure Value, Pooja has a considerable experience in the field of corporate taxation, International taxation, and indirect taxation. Pooja has advised a number of expatriates on the taxability of their Income in India and also has rich expertise on Transfer Pricing issues.
Pooja Saxena is engaged in optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of the accounting advisory practices in PureValue Advisors. Pooja also collaborates with the firm’s leadership and partners to deliver high value client service through strategic leadership and professional development. Head of Accounts
Abhishek Agarwal is a fellow member of ICAI. He has rich experience in the field of Direct Taxation, Tax Audits, and Transfer-Pricing assignments. He is responsible for developing the firm’s overall growth strategy and operations for the Fund advisory services, as well as relationship development on key strategic accounts across the firm. Additionally, he provides consulting services for clients in the business valuation and fund raising issues, providing strategic solutions, as well as valuable industry and technical insights.
Abhishek has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting with a practice focus on providing fund advisory services for publicly and privately held companies operating in various segments of the services and manufacturing industries. Additionally, he has experience with mergers, acquisitions and initial public offerings, as well as litigation support and dispute resolution. Mr. Jabra Ram Manuver is a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and earned degree of Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) & Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in addition to his degree. He is having experience of more than 15 years in the profession. He has wide experience in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions, Foreign Collaboration and Joint Ventures, Due Diligence, Business Licensing and Corporate Legal Advisory Services with a broad client base of exceptional depth and developing and overseeing the systems that ensure that the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
His strength lies in maintaining integrity and delivering client satisfying services. In addition, his expertise extends in the area of of legal documentation. He has also vast experience in representing clients before the Registrar of Companies (ROC), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Regional Director (RD), Reserve Bank of India (RBI) including IPR Department.

Srinivasan has done his MBA with specialization in Finance and he also holds LLB and CS designation from ICSI. He also holds Wall Street Certification in valuation and financial modeling. He holds more than 20 Years of work experience in the Investment banking industry in the areas like Funds Advisory especially equity fund raising. He possesses an excellent knowledge base of legal aspects of the funds raising process.
His expertise helps Pure Value clients to close deals in their favor due to his excellent negotiation skills. He was earlier associated with big 4's and also with VCs in UAE , Singapore and US. He is a distinguished speaker in various events and corporate forums on Funding strategies and negotiating with investors especially in dealing with complex term sheets. He has an in-depth understanding of legal and regulatory aspects of Valuations, Funds and other strategic decisions.
